Orders and payment
How do I pay?
You pay cash on delivery. Nothing is charged online: you pay the driver when your order arrives.
How do I place an order?
Pick a size on any product and add it to your bag, then check out with your name, phone number and address.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver everywhere in Lebanon.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is $4. It is free on orders of $100 or more, and the bar at the top of your bag shows how much is left.
Sizes and exchanges
How do I find the right size?
Our sizes go by age, from newborn (0–3 months) up to 6 years. Open the size guide on any product page to see that piece's sizes with the matching height and weight. Every product card shows which sizes are in stock.
Can I exchange a piece?
Yes, within 2 days of receiving your order. Message us on WhatsApp before sending anything back and we will arrange it with you.
